I along with my family was travelling from Amritsar on AI flight 187 to London on the 31st October 09. The flight was sheduled for 07:15hrs we arrived in good time (02:30hrs) on our arrival we were told by armed security that AI passangers were not allowed into the terminal building and that we should ask the AI staff for more information. We were told by AI staff that there was a delay in the service. No time on the delay or reason was given.
