Applied for the free trial sample per the website. No where on the website did it say that I would automatically be enrolled for monthly refills and automatic withdrawals from my checking account. I contacted them right away when I saw that it came through, but nothing has been done to refund my money. I have not received another order since my initial call, so the full refund should be granted. I have tried call them several times but the phone call remains on hold.
