As usually I was checking out the web for the lowest car hire prices when I found the Decode site. The prices that they offer were lowest and I decided to book with them. First off all, after I made my payment it turns out that Decode Car Hire is a BROKERAGE company. The voucher stated that my car hire supplier is “FranceCars” – company I have never heard off!
