I ordered on October 23th, 2008. My confirmation (email states the magazine should arrive in 6-8 weeks (10-12 if bi-monthly or quarterly magazine). It has been 14 weeks and still it hasn't arrived. I called them twice. They said it will come in February (4 months later). I don't believe it. They won't connect me to a supervisor. They say she is on the phone and I told them I would wait but they transferred me against my consent to the supervisor's voice mail. Supposedly, this is her direct line 434-817-1800 x216.
