I want to state my grievances which I experienced at your work shop in Sunny Toyota kanpur road.. While driving from my home town Allahabad to Lucknow in my way on Tuesday 3rd of nov-2009 at 10.30;am I called up at your work shop regarding my vehicle’s pre appointment Qualis No- UP-70-AB-7387, in order to avoid inconvenience vice-a-versa ; a female receptionist passed my call to another concerned dept where my appointment was been observed.
