I requested a collection from DHL. The times of there collection were 8am to 6pm. However at 2pm i got called to an emergeny at the restaurant next door to my house, i left a sign up for them telling them i was there and to pick it up from there. however they completely ignored the notice and posted a card through the door with a reference number and number to call to re arrange.
