We bought a Whirpool Slide-in range model WGY397LXUB0 at an authorized retail store in mid november 2008. We received it by the end of november and we took it out of the box to check for any visible damage and there was none. We had it installed by a qualified technician after the new kitchen cabinets where in place in the begining of decembre 2008. It worked nicely during X-mas and New years eve seasons.
