I arrived at this hotel on October 23, 2009. I was told upon my arrival at 7:10 p.m. that my room was given away because it was after 6:00 p.m. and they tried to use the credit card on file to bill my room and it was declined. They stated they attempted to call me numerous times but got no answer. This is a lie because I never had any calls from the hotel or voice messages.
