After finding a charge of $24.82 on my Visa, I called to dispute this and was hung up on after the supervisor repeatedly stated that they illegitimate charge would not be refunded. They claim that I needed to opt out of their weight-loss info service when I signed up for a separate dental product, and that now there is nothing they can do to refund my money for this service that I've never used or wanted. Their customer service representatives were rude and disrespectful, including hanging up on me instead of assisting me. This company is crap. It profits off of fraudulent business practices and then defends these when questioned about them. read full review »
