I have been attempting to work with Wells Fargo the past Five Months to resolve an error they made which led to a negative credit report on my otherwise flawless credit history. I received mis-information from two Wells Fargo represntatives regarding a refinance. They have been horrible about following up with me and I have to continue to contact them for answers.
