Sir, <br /> I have taken a loan in 2004 of amount rs 2, 00, 000/-, being an employee of Government, I have informed the bank that I canot remit the loan because I have been suspended thrice one after other, now i am under suspendion, but they have taken 14 percent intrest, twice, with charge of collecting agent of Rs 7500/-, on the amount out standing as i have received some arrears against the second suspension.
