I too order the "Trial Offer" and, after giving my credit card details for th $1.99, I was charged $11.90 onto my credit card. I too tried to cancel immediately and was told that wasn't possible. There are no return instructions given in the packet you receive and it was only after joining their live chat line that I received details of the the address I should return it to. I am now returning the trial offer (a week after receiving it) and have nnt yet been charged for the the $85 they say I will be liable for. However... read full review »
