Greyhound has went down the drain, but it's not "Greyhound" it's the "people" they have running Greyhound. Chicago IL has some of the worst staff running Greyhound. They are very rude, no class, ignorant, disrespectful, judgemental, unprofessional, and don't have the qualifications to be in the positions they obtain.
