I bought a Woolen jacket about a month back and the threads/balls of wool start projecting out of the jacket. I go back to H&M and ask for an exchange mentioning that the product I am not happy with and get an exchange. I am told thats the normal wear and tear. Thats the product expectation from H&M. You can take the product and it may not last over a month. Pretty shitty product and service. Since they also deny accepting I have bought it a month a back.
