I downloaded Norton 360 antivirus only to discover that there were 'several' problems with the software. When I called one of thier service reps, I got someone in India that could barely speak english. Well, that was it for me. I removed the software and cancelled my trial after 3 days. Two months later, Norton billed me for $64.99 ! They refunded my money, but in the process they caused 3 overdrafts in my bank account ! It took them (Norton) about 5 days to refund my money, but the fact of the matter is that they had no business charging me anything. I sure wish that they could be held accountable. read full review »
