My name is Joann Wright. On Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009. around 5 oclock, I was dining at applebees with my husband. My services and food was great, until the manager Charrise Knight, started yelling and screaming across the table in front of me at one of her employees. I was so bother I couldnt even finish my food. Its was so unprofessional of her to act the way that she did.
