Dear Sir, I am airtel user. On 10th of October, 2009 Rs. 10 were deducted from my mobile phone in the name of ringtone pack without any order. Till date I complained for the same for several times (they accepted that the same have been deduced). Some time they say that it will take 72 hours, some time they say it will take 48 hours.
