I bought Nokia 5800 xpress music on june 2009. From the first day, i can not use the phone. When I have to switch off the phone on dr.s office or airplane, I can not switch it on again. I brought the phone to the service 11 (eleven) times, (6 times to kvk, 5 times to nokia shop) They changed the lcd screen, the battery, upgraded software, ..etc and they rejected my demand on changing the phone by saying THERE'S NOT ANY PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE. I'm very very tired and sad about the 5 months I spend for the problem. please help me read full review »
