I ordered the product and had 14 days to cancel. Nowhere did terms and conditions make clear that the 14 days started from the date you order! How can you cancel something you haven't tried? I cancelled within 10 days of receiving the order, but they debited my bank account for an additonal $78.00 and will not refund my money.
