In september 2008 i canceled my xbox live membership of £4.99 a month. Today i checked my balanced and i found that they were taking £4.99 a month out each month still so i called them up and they said that i never called up (when i did) and it never got canceled. So they said that theres no way i can get a refune because they have no record of my call, but i said why would i not call up and still let the payments go out every month when i don't have an xbox anymore, they said i must of forgot to call up, but i know i called up.
