My Webroot subscription ends a week from today. I received an email from them saying "I will automatically renew my subscription unless I fill out a form to the contrary". I filled out their "do not renew" form. Sent it to them. Got an email back.. saying they would not renew. A day later.. received another email from Webroot, thanking me for my "renewal" and they had already deducted $39.95 from my credit card.. which they keep on file.. for cheating. read full review »
