I tried to get Sprint/Firefly to send me another phone when I told them I could not read the numbers on the front, because it was so dirty. They said I did not qualify for one until march 2010. Then I only got a discount on another one. So, I sent it to the Motorola Co. in Texas to be cleaned. The returned it as dirty as when I sent it. I still cannot read the numbers in the little glass window. Filthy dirty. read full review »
