I applied for a personal loan online (because I was told it should be easier and quicker). The next day I phoned to follow up and quickly did a telephonic application for which my consultant said it had been pre-approved and gave me the amount of R28000. She said they will have to send a courier with the documents for me to sign, i must sign it and then send it back with the courier and then it should take ±3 days and they will contact me.
