I have shopped at Gymboree for years! The other day i went in and bought several items for my daughter. When I got home I noticed one of the shirts I bought wasnt in the bag. I called the lady said she took it off she thought i didnt want it but charged me anyway?? She said I could come in anytime and pick it up. I sent my hubby in to get the shirt. they refused him the shirt because he didnt bring in the receipt. Although they called me on the phone and verified the item #. what a joke! I will never shop Newgate gymboree again!!! They can keep the damn shirt I am not driving out there again. read full review »
