Michelle at Pure Med Spa just lost a customer for being repeatedly rude on the phone and now essentially hanging up on me when I asked to reschedule an appointment for an earlier time. One or two 'off' days are unstandable but three tells me Pure does not want my business so I am taking it elsewhere. I had been a customer of Lumity/Med Spas for several years until now but will never return nor recommend them to friends and colleagues. Try Blue Medi Spa in Sherman Oaks instead. They are a more professional, knowledgeable, friendly and upscale operation with a wider array of services and aren't located in a mall. read full review »
