I have purchased a teeth whitening for the cost of $1.95 USD from Dazzlewwhite, later they're charged me an additional of 2 x $$18.56 and then an additional of $99.97. I've called and talked to them and asking to remove of the membership list, then they're agreed. They've send me an email confirm the cancellation since OCtober then in November they're charged an additonal of 2 x $19.68.
