Having booked and paid best@travel for our holiday in Langkawi in early May 2009, including accommodation and meals, we were shocked to be told by our hotel on arrival they had not been paid and we would therefore be responsible for all hotel costs, including accommodation and meals. We spent the week of our stay in constant contact with the best@travel representative but he was unable to get the hotel paid.
