I returned their cheque to them on 1/10/09 as not happy with vaulation and as per all their ads if your not happy they will return your gold. Despite several phone calls, emails and letters I still have not received my gold back . Then on 6/11/09 I got a phone call from the cash my gold wholesale dept and was told that due to a back log all the gold waiting to be returned was being revalued and they were now in a position to increase my offer from £32.26 TO £160 I turned that down it was then increased to £200 I turned it down then increased again to £300 that's a 1000% increase read full review »
