I wrote a complaint to Delta about their flight 72 from New York JFK to Istanbul on September 11, 2009, stating that the couch cabin was about 100 degrees for about an hour before letting us get off the plane. Then they put us in a bus that turned the air conditioner off for about 30 minutes until we complained about the rising temperature and very unsanitary environment.
