AGS Fourwinds were contracted to store, then ship all our household contents from Singapore back to the UK. AGS' representative, Charlie Scott, agreed that air conditioned storage was necessary to prevent mould damage to furniture and clothes. To keep costs reasonable, he did not recommend comprehensive insurance. When our shipment was delivered and unpacked, almost every item of clothing and furniture was affected and/or permanently damaged by mould.
