I have had a continuing issue with Sovereign Bank over the past few years but this last one takes the cake! I was the victim of identity fraud on my checking account with Sovereign Bank to the sum of $620. I contacted the bank, went to my local branch, filled out all the nessassary paperwork and froze my account until the situation was cleared up. A week later they sent me more forms to fill out and gave me only 2 days to complete and mail back to them or they were not going to cover the fraud charges.
