Ive been doing some research finally on Wells Fargo, I have been trying to refinance my condo since May of 2009, it has gone thru 4 different loan processors, each of who is not aware of the previous one's actions and of course who tell me just one more thing is needed. WHAT they dont know how to read a file or keep track of an open application??? I have now contacted the executive complaint department - well guess what == they dont respond either.
