I got a 3 year plan and cell phone through Bell. After 5 months my phone keeps shutting off. I took the phone to Bell World and they informed me that it had water damage and my warranty was void. She showed me something inside the phone that was supposedly a different color that tells them the phone has water damage. Noone showed me the inside of the phone when it was purchased so how do I not know it was like this already? The phone has been discontinued and I feel all Cleo cell phones should be replaced by Bell. Terrible quality! read full review »
