We arrived in Malaga Spain on a Iberia Air flight from Heathrow Business class, One suitcase arrived one missing, we completed the necessary forms and read the fine print on the lost luggage reimbursement form, three full days before you get anything. We went back to the airport the 2nd day and again kept our cool about where and when the lost luggage would arrive. They again put out a tracer on it.
