3 month ago, I delivered my car (toyota Yaris) to Toyota service center (Abo Rawash) because I had an accident. The car stayed for one and half month to be maintained. Before i pick the car i have been told that the battery is not working and i have to change it. (please note that i have changed the original battery with new Varta made in Germany). So i refused and told them that it was not my problem and they should change and they will charge the cost. Two days later i have been told that everything is fine and the battery is fine.
