Another one against Fedex - they're useless! I was supposed to receive a package for my daughters birthday - guaranteed next day delivery. Surprise, surprise, it didn't show up! I phoned to make enquiries to be told that " I wasn't in when the delivery driver called and he had left a card" Biggest load of tosh going! I WAS in - there was NO CARD.
