After being completely disabled for many years (do to 4 on the job injuries)the Dept. sent me to a foreign born dr. for a 5th evaluation in 4yrs to see if I could work. the Dr. did not have a visable licence nor badge, lab coat, degree. Only a Driver's Lic. He was suppose to evaluate the Lt leg. He reported to OWCP that I was able to work full time with no restrictions 8 hrs a day.
