On May 11, 2009 I placed an order thru Boatfix.com for some docklines, with a value of $100.51 and facilitated them my credit card thru their website. Eventhough I found later that the items I had ordered turned out to be on backorder with no clear date of shipping, Boatfix.com proceeded to post the full charge on my card at the time of purchase. I complained about this and asked them to cancel the order and reverse the charge, which they agreed to, and indicated that "Notice of refund due has been sent to our accounting department"... read full review »
