Cognizant(CTS) is knows as Chennai Tech Solutions, the company owned and operated by Chennai people...Really pathetic experience from such people. If you speak tamil, you will get whatever you want even if you don;t deserve. All team members speak in tamil even though you have team members who does not understand tamil, speaking tamil in all meeting is recommended by Managers...you can imagine the internal work environment of this company...Do not just see the profit and revenue.
