I received my Instyler with no return instructions (paid through PayPal)and no receipt was included. I was still very excited about my purchase. I plugged it in and it started heating up while I was applying my make up - it suddenly popped real loud and smoke came out. The indicator light went out. I checked to see if it would rotate - it would not. It is completely burned up and I never even used it. I am still trying to see if I can secure a refund and where to return it.
