In May of 2009, I went to a Lenscrafters boutique in NYC and was fitted for a pair of gas-permeable contact lenses. The first pair fit terribly--they were too small and they moved far too much on the eye. The "doctor" on duty said adjustments would be made. Almost three weeks later, I called about the lenses.
