I didn't open mail for awhile due to a family member being in serious condition in the hospital so that is how they scammed me. Over $500 appeared on my credit card statement between 10/16/09 -11/1/09. I contacted Cleanwhites and of course they said they aren't willing to refund the money even though I returned all products unopened including the trial product.
