Sent for a free trial, from Premium White/Dazzle product received, read further that the product I could not use do to a medical problem I contacted the company through a chat line and was given the cancellation code and directed how and where to return the product and would receive a refund. Well now in contacting them today 11/11/09 she advised I was beyond the date of ll/18/09 to return.
