I purchased one LG monitor TV model No.M227WA-PT from M/s. NAVCOM Technologies, CD-139 B, Pitam pura, Delhi-110088 vide invoice No.7262dated 3.10.2009. Alongwith the TV I got an LG IT Claim form No.320525 through which I am entitled for a Free DTH Connection that includes Set top bod, accessories & cable installation & activation alongwith 6 months free subscription.
