I ordered a free trial of this product on Oct. 3, 2009 using my debit card and the very next day (Oct. 4, 2009) I cancelled it online and over the phone with a gentlemen named Wally. He said yes I see that it was cancelled and there will be no additional charges. I asked if I needed to return the product once I got it and he told me no at least try the product and let us know what you think of it.
