On October 2nd 09, I came across an advertisement for a teeth whitening product, a 14 day trial. It was to cost $1.95 dollars plus shipping and handling which all amounted to $11 90., which I purchased by credit card. I received the product, an applicator pen, about 12 days later, it did not last 14 days and barely made any difference. However, on November 12 I phoned my bank to pay my credit card bill and was shocked to find that I owed 132.60 pounds! Not the amount I was expecting.
