I received notification from my bank that a debit of $87.62 was withdrawn from my account on 11/11/2009. the name on my statement was accesscleans, i have never heard of this company and certainly did not authorise this transaction as it has now put me on trouble because my acount went ovedrawing and i also have a charge of $33.00 for overdrawing previlege. i need you help on this matter. please help to credit my money back on my account.
