I ordered both trials (Acai Berry Detox and Life Cleanse), and never received either bottle, though I was charged for one. I just called their number (1-866-949-0138) to cancel my order and demand a refund - after all, you cannot advertise a free trial, never send the trial product, and then charge for that same product that never arrived.
