I was a Wachovia customer for at least 9 years, and in 2002 I began collecting Social Security Disability benefits direct deposited into my Wachovia checking account, during the past 5 - 6 years the bank must have charged my accounts $3, 000 to $4, 000 in fees, some my fault some not my fault, is their anything I can do in order to get some of that money reimbursed? I finally had to let them close my account in September, 2009, and now they are charging me a $580.00 collection fee. read full review »
