I simply wanted to contact a human being to change my credit card # as this is how I pay for service. An automated voice advised me that it could assist me with this request or I could speak with agent for a $5.00 fee. How much of a rip off is that? I must deal with automated voices or suffer additional charges? I wanted to be assured that I would not be billed twice because they would have 2 separate card numbers on file for my account.
